RM of Portage la Prairie - E-Bill Utility Service Agreement

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="• It is the subscribers’ responsibility to provide the correct email address and to inform the RM of Portage la Prairie of any changes to their email address.  Invoices are issued quarterly (every 3 months). If you have not received your quarterly bill, please contact the RM of Portage la Prairie Office at 204-857-3821.  Non-receipt is not justification for late payment and penalties will apply. " class="paragraph"></field>
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="• Printed copies of your e-bill can be used to pay at the RM of Portage la Prairie Office, financial institutions, online, telephone banking, or by mailing a cheque or money order.  Credit cards are not accepted. " class="paragraph"></field>
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="• When you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this service, you will no longer receive a paper utility invoice from the RM of Portage la Prairie. " class="paragraph"></field>
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="• The customer is responsible to pay in full and on time whether the bill has been based on an estimate or actual reading.  Failure to receive or loss of the utility statement will not be accepted as reasons for either non-payment or for exemption of late penalties. " class="paragraph"></field>

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="• To set up quarterly Pre-Authorized debit payments to be withdrawn from your bank account, sign up for Pre-Authorized Debit by completing the Pre-Authorized Debit Form in the FORM section on this website.  To complete online, please download and SAVE the form then fill out and SAVE AS a different file name prior to emailing to hstiegler@rmofportage.ca  Please note a VOID cheque is required with a pre-authorized debit form. 		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="• Payments can be made by telephone and internet banking.  Please use your correct utility account number." class="paragraph"></field>
