COMMUNITY GRANTS 2026

The RM of Portage la Prairie will soon begin budget deliberations for the 2026 operational year. If your community organization would like Council’s consideration for a grant in the 2026 operational year, please consider the following inclusions with the submission:

•            Letter of request
•            2026 projected budget
•            2025 year to date financial statements
•            2024 financial statements
•            Completed Application Form - follow the link here to download a copy

Please submit it to the RM Office by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 35 Tupper Street South, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 1W7 or send by email to info@rmofportage.ca Grant requests will be reviewed by RM Council as part of their budget deliberations and applicants will be notified in early 2026.
